1, Injection molding

Our factory has eight injection molding machines. They are used in the production of modified nylon feather stand, nylon leaf of nylon shuttlecocks, plastic leaf of plastic feather stand, the tap of the paper tubes, etc. Our factory has a variety of molds to produce different products.

2, Feather Insertion

After the automatic feather picker intelligently selects feathers that meet the standard, we will have special machines for inserting feathers. This intelligent production mode can ensure that the included angle between each feather and the modified nylon feather stand is consistent, making the flight of 3in1 hybrid shuttlecock more stable. This is beyond the traditional badminton production line.

3, Shaping

The badminton shuttlecock takes a certain amount of time to shape. Our 3in1 feather badminton shuttlecock adopts imported glue, which greatly shortens the time of badminton shaping.

4, Quality inspection

After the shuttlecock badminton ball is formed, we will check its quality and delete the ones with poor quality. At the same time, we will have special workers to re inspect the feathers. They will select the feather shuttlecocks with lower-quality feathers and eliminate them.

5, Speed Test

6, Internal Label Sticking

For this step, our factory has also realized intelligent work, which means, only one worker can complete a large number of work tasks. Intelligent production has reduced our production time.

7, External Label Sticking

Our factory has really achieved the goal of "from zero to one", which means that the first step, modified nylon feather stand production, and the final packaging can be completed in our own factory.

8, Shrink plastic film

After the package is labeled with an external label, our machine will automatically shrink the plastic film by heating with high temperature. This step also means that the complete product production is completed. We will have designated staff to pack.

9, Packing

Our default carton can hold 50 dozens goose/duck feather badminton shuttlecocks per carton. Intelligent packaging and production machines can ensure that the volume and weight of each carton are consistent. Such machines will not only save labor costs, but also make the goods more beautiful.
